Technical Project Manager

Aethir is the leading DePIN, Enterprise-grade, AI-focused GPU-as-a-Service provider in the market. Leveraging a highly distributed cloud computing infrastructure allows GPU providers to serve AI and gaming customers at scale.

Aethir aims to serve enterprise AI clients who need the world’s most powerful AI chips at scale, and also to support hundreds of thousands of cloud gaming players with best-in-class experiences around the world. We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and work closely with our tech and product teams on our latest products and technology. You will support Aethir in developing and communicating our strategy, ensuring that all team members work effectively and efficiently towards our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the tech and product teams on the latest products and technology
• Develop and communicate Aethir's strategy, ensuring team members work effectively towards goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization
• Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met

• 4+ years of experience working in high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator
• At least 10 years of experience in IT or network field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, strategic thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project management or program management
• Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Fluency in both English & Mandarin is required for communication with internal stakeholders.
