Technical Project Manager

TL;DR:
As a Technical Project Manager at Eleos, you will be the linchpin ensuring R&D projects are executed efficiently and align with business goals. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive accountability for project milestones. This role requires balancing technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Lead OKRs setting, ensure planning syncs with company goals and resource allocation
• Coordinate quarterly planning meetings in alignment with company timelines
• Map cross-team dependencies to streamline execution and deliverables
• Track R&D performance metrics, including KPIs, DORA metrics, and monitoring status
• Enforce Jira standards, manage dashboards, and align Jira processes with real-life project status
• Track project milestones and monitor actual vs. planned execution
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, flagging issues early to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate crisis resolution and post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned
• Align prioritization with evolving business needs to address challenges dynamically
• Provide clear and consistent visibility into R&D progress to stakeholders
• Ensure seamless communication across internal and external teams, coordinating status reports and updates
• Align release readiness and coordinate gates for Alpha, Beta, and GA launches
• Prepare backlogs for sprint readiness and manage sprint operations, including planning, monitoring, and retrospectives

• 5+ years of proven experience in similar project management roles, specifically within R&D environments.
• Demonstrated success in similar roles within startup settings, working on SaaS products.
• Expertise in driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
• Familiarity with R&D performance metrics and tools like Jira, Confluence, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to track, measure, and optimize project outcomes.
