Technical Project Manager

Publishers Clearing House's platform is growing through acquisition, investment, and partnerships, and we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us on our mission to reimagine PCH's IT future. This position will lead all aspects of the IT project management process in reporting, operations, monetization surveys, and our business through PCH Media. This individual will generate ideas, gather requirements, validate ideas that come from business development, write specifications, guide development, and launch/develop projects from beginning to end.
Role Responsibilities:

• Project Manage the ROAD (Reporting, Operations and Advertising), Offers (Survey), and Monetization teams
• Work closely with other product/project owners to work on revenue driving goals for the business relating to Survey and Media revenue for the company
• Collaborate with our Dev/QA, Media analysts, and our Ad Operations team while taking initiatives to launch
• Work on reporting for the entire company in an automated fashion and monetize efficiency processes
• Analyze campaign and product performance to optimize the most mutually beneficial PCH-partner business results
• Serve as the project owner, working collaboratively with all IT teams to maintain long term roadmap
• Build detailed technical specifications based on product and technical requirements and revenue and cost impacts
• Working closely with the Portland, NY-based, and LI- based engineering/data teams to make sure our backend and client facing systems meet expectations and timelines
• Manage communications about launches of new products and platform technologies to internal teams and clients
• Troubleshoot product issues that arise from day to day

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science major preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in product management, ideally in advertising technology or digital media
• Ability to create technical specifications for software that is understood by both business and tech teams
• Ability to define and manage the development of innovative digital media products
• Understanding of and experience with story requirement creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong speaking and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Proven data-driven analytical skills and comfortable working in data-rich business
