Technical Project Manager

A Technical Project Manager to lead the projects from conceptual design through implementation with outstanding managerial & client handling skills. You will be expected to demonstrate out of the box managerial ability to motivate, build, and monitor cross regional teams.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a well-known institute.
• 8+ years overall professional experience in the software industry.
• 4+ years of experience in hands-on software development in .Net OR LLMs.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of working in a product development environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the project and prepare staffing plans.
• Communicate with clients to understand and groom requirements and provide the status.
• Keep senior management updated with status and risks mitigation/management.
• Help the team to provide realistic work estimates.
• Help the team in technical decisions and technical challenges.
• Resolve routine project issues during project execution.
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
• Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team.
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
• Responsible for technical growth of your development team.
