As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects. This role will be accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time, within budget, and scope from initiation to closure.

What you will do:

  • Utilize and execute fundamental project management disciplines: Schedule, Scope, Change, Financial, Risk/Issue Management
  • Facilitate/lead project communications to stakeholders, clients, the broader project team and leadership
  • Interface/coordinate with external clients, balancing their needs with the capabilities of the team while keeping all aligned
  • Interface/coordinate with internal teams on cross functional initiatives
  • Effectively manage resources/efforts that are distributed globally
  • Accept responsibility to drive a successful outcome for our teams and clients
  • Proactively contribute to process refinement, program growth, and improved outcomes for our clients
  • Manage across a blend between Agile/Waterfall methodologies

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of progressive project management experience within SDLC of medium to large scale projects or an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Atlassian Suite, Clarity, and other common Project Management toolsets
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Experienced managing change and adapting quickly to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities
  • Proficient in identifying risks and providing alternatives and contingency plans

What would be great to have:

  • PMP Certification or other formal Project Management Education
  • Practices a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in Data and Analytics
