We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.

Summary of Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager to lead our agile engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, managing technical projects, coordinating workloads among teams, and ensuring that our teams deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Work closely with the development teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks.
• Facilitate Software Capitalization process
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and work with teams to resolve impediments affecting the team's performance.
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies.

Location Information:

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

• Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person.

Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation:

Total annual compensation range: $75,000 - $100,000

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile/Technical Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with Software Capitalization is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, ACP, or CSM certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
