Technical Project Manager

Role: Technical Project Manager with Java programming background

Total IT Experience-15+ years

Experience of handling projects with Java environment is a must.

Java dev Experience with Spring, Junit, Mockito and package management tools like maven or Gradle.

Experience developing service-oriented architectures and an understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability.

Experience in JSON/RESTful Web Services, data modelling and SQL.

Experience running development, support, and maintenance projects of varying size and complexity.

Proven experience in executing projects, managing costs, deliverables, account mining, stakeholder management, Revenue projection and onboarding team.

Knowledge of the financial services industry

Knowledge of the companys products and services

Skill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach an agreement when there are widely differing viewpoints.

Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills

Outstanding as a leader of people, skilled at empowering on and offshore teams to deliver ambitious results, committed to creating working environments which drive performance, foster cohesion, priorities development.

Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance, and build high morale among team members.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.

Knowledgeable in Agile process areas, experience for 3 years as manager.

Well-versed in all scrum activities.

Good experience in creating storyboards, story points, and effort in JIRA (or any tools)

Experience in various SDLC methodologies, SCM, Build, Deploy, Release,

Continuous follow-up and dedicated responsibility to ensure sprint closure.

Proven record of creating new successful processes and improving existing ones.

Experience in project risk management and financial management

Delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction using technology, which may include customizations to base products to meet client requirements, system integration with third-party products or consulting projects and engagements.

Someone who can oversee the feature development.

Manages the technical delivery that includes interfacing with the architects , code reviews (if required ), maintaining coding standard and guidelines

Make sure feature is tested properly.

Keep track of delivering the features from lower environments until they move to production.

Managing bugs once code is deployed in production.

Excellent written and oral communication.
