Job Description

Client is looking for an Onshore Project Manager (PM) for a Databricks and Power BI program with the following skills and experience:

• Business Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with business users/ IT leaders understand their requirements, and relay those to the offshore team.
• Data and BI Understanding: High-level understanding of the Data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to handle discussions and drive demos.
• SQL : Understanding of SQL and Data analysis skill is mandatory
• Project Management: Ability to track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines.
• Power BI Demos: Ability to conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
• Onshore-Offshore Model Experience: Prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones.

Program Management: Proven experience in managing multiple Data and BI projects.

Agile Methodology: Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.

Industry Experience: Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.

Presentation skills: Presen the program accomplishment to SR leadership level

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
