Technical Project Manager

Job Description

LST is seeking a technical project manager who would support the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Flight Operations organization at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The technical project manager would be managing the activities associated with the FAA's owned and leased aircraft. Projects would be related to the activities to procure and install required Service Bulletins and modifications on existing FAA aircraft as well as activities to equip and modify new Challenger CL605 aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities associated with the projects such as project integration, scope, cost, schedule, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Support the consistent, disciplined application of appropriate program management tools and techniques, to include the development of program plans, schedules, risk registers and program metrics.
• Project management plan development and management for assigned projects
• Drafting FAA Project Authorization Documentation.

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing programs associated with aircraft
• Knowledge of service bulletin and aircraft maintenance processes
• Must have at least 20 years of experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent project or program management certification is desired.
• Position located in Oklahoma City, OK

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
