Overview
CINQCARE is calling all Technical Project Managers! This is your opportunity to join a team of technology experts that are breaking new ground in the healthcare industry. We are looking for candidates like you to help create the most comprehensive dataset on Black and Brown communities in the United States. As the Technical Project Manager, you will assist with the build-out of the data asset, the proprietary platform, and additional products that contribute to CINQCARE’s mission to deliver better outcomes for those who need us most.

Job Responsibilities
The Technical Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- The Technical Project Manager will lead assigned project teams through successful completion for the Product and AI business units. Projects will primarily focus on software development and data science initiatives.
- Independently lead and motivate project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and structure key project deliverables for product development and data science initiatives, monitor task completion and provide on-going status reports.
- Partner with internal team members to scope, size, and solution new client opportunities.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
- Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of CINQCARE AI technical projects.
- Lead effective Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning.
- Proactively monitor, report, and react to project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk.
- Ability to anticipate issues and work toward a solution by building consensus within the project team.
- Act as a key client contact and ensure expectations are met and results are delivered.
- Support internal process and efficiency improvements projects as well as the build out of documentation for divisional standards.
- Contribute to the internal development of Agile and project management processes, deliverables, and standards.
General Duties
The Technical Project Manager will have the following duties:
- Leadership: The Technical Project Manager will effectively facilitate communication amongst the project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management, compiling and producing applicable status reports.
- Collaboration: Develop a strong partnership with the development and data science project team leads, collaborating closely for planning, on-going monitoring, and issue resolution of project activities. Foster a collaborative environment within the project teams.
- Knowledge: The Technical Project Manager will provide subject matter expertise in Project Management solutions, including determining and recommending approaches for project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Culture: The Technical Project Manager is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the Project Management team and as part of the larger Company.
Qualifications
The Technical Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Education: BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2 years of Agile experience. Exposure to a wide variety of management techniques including Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall. Experience delivering technology related projects, specifically software development with mobile first approach. Experience leading data science projects with working knowledge of key terms, concepts, and approaches; particularly in working with sensitive data sets. Experience, in some capacity, in healthcare or healthcare-related field.
- Entrepreneurial. CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise. Experience in start-up or fast paced dynamic environment. In-depth understanding of software development process and technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Detail oriented and able to meet timelines.
- Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents. Experience leading projects in an AWS environment that utilizes a variety of AWS services. Strong people skills and a talent for solving problems. Focused on creating a positive team environment.
- Culture: Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player player with ability to collaborate and influence with cross-functional teams; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial Company.
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
Location: Role will be based out of the New York office location, open to hybrid model
