Technical Project Manager

PCH is looking a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating and guiding the assigned project teams in their activities and helping to keep the project(s) on track using Scrum methodology/framework or Waterfall whichever applicable. The Project Manager ensures that their assigned project(s) stay on track, builds consensus amongst all stakeholders and delivers exceptional results.
This project manager will be responsible for a new product where the team will need to be set and as members are being added they will need to get onboarded
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Experience of setting up project from start and working with various team based on requirements
• Act as a hands-on Project Manager for at least 1-2 teams. This includes organizing and facilitating release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, story grooming sessions and any other Scrum related meetings, as well as updating and maintaining in Version One.
• Plan, manage and communicate releases, goals, schedules, dependencies, procedures and tasks
• Manage development activities performed on-site, vendor integration
• Mitigate issues and elevate to management as necessary
• Maintain and provide relevant metrics to show how the team is doing
• Coach and mentor the team as needed to reach their highest potential
• Creation of a roadmap and making sure of deliverables

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4-5 years of solid experience in Project Management, preferably software development using latest tools and technologies
• Agile SCRUM and conventional project management experience required
• Experience with web applications
• Experience building new products
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Skilled with the following tools: Version One, MS Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, goals setting and task prioritization abilities
• Must be able to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals
• Ability to garner trust from their team, other groups and business units
• Understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative development
• Strong goal setting and task prioritization abilities
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
• Excellent team player and team builder
