We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with experience in a software company setting to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing various technical projects, ensuring efficient resource planning, and leading cross-team coordination and communication. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both project and people management and will be adept at driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects within a software company setting.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget estimations, and resource allocation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and updates.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for upper management.
• Manage career paths of team members, including performance reviews, promotions, and succession planning.
• Identify potential risks or issues within the project and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.

This role includes supervising the Operations team of 9 staff members, with the following responsibilities:

• Managing team workflow.
• Training new hires.
• Creating and managing team schedules.
• Reporting to HR and senior management.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and people management in a software company.

• Strong knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.

• Proficient in project management software tools and familiar with various software development methodologies.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
