Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to manage multiple projects by defining project plans, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will need to coordinate and create the necessary methodologies, ensuring that outcomes are met by setting clear expectations and guidelines. The position involves working with multiple stakeholders to ensure team collaboration and provide solutions.
What will I be doing?
- Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, dependencies and status reports.
- Communicating with technical team members to contribute to technical discussions.
- Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration within the teams (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues).
- Overseeing the overall quality of project delivery, ongoing performance and ensuring client satisfaction is fully met.
- Assisting with meeting coordination and facilitation for cross-functional teams as required for each project.
- Managing the Jera board
- Assisting with Features and story writing and managing (acceptance criteria)
- Status reporting and multiple levels
- Telco domain knowledge helpful
- Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables.
- Knowledge of SQL and programming languages and understanding of software development processes and concepts.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g: Scrum, Kanban or other).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Capable of fostering effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
- Scrum Master certification or relevant certifications are a plus.
Additional Information
The starting pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
