Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding

As a Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding, you’ll join our Intelligence Services Department to deliver, implement, and enable our customers to use our Cyber Threat Intelligence products. One of your primary objectives is to provide fast time-to-value via tailored onboarding plans executed for each customer over 4-6 weeks. You’ll leverage your Cyber/Information Security experience to deliver a world class onboarding and technical implementation. This journey will take the customer from the initial product configuration phase to a mature state that incorporates our Cyber Threat Intelligence into existing and new workflows. You’ll partner with the presales and customer success teams to lay the foundations for successful, long-term relationships with Recorded Future.Â
 What You'll Do as a Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding:Â
- Act as the initial primary point of contact for customer security teams including SOC, CTI, IR, GRC, and more
- Directly configure the customer’s Intelligence Cloud, API/Integrations, and other services
- Leverage your knowledge and expertise in cyber/information security to align customer use cases with their licensed products to reduce business risk
- Build an outcome-based onboarding plan that supports the customer’s immediate risk reduction objectives within a predetermined deployment timeframe
- Conduct workshop and enablement sessions that are tailored around each client’s objectives to ensure their teams are proficient in using the Recorded Future Platform
- Use your understanding of fundamental cyber security principles and success criteria to establish new workflows and drive adoption within the product
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and prescribe recommendations and solutions
- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while keeping internal stakeholders informed of progress and matters of customer riskÂ
What you’ll bring to the Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding role:
KnowledgeÂ
- BS degree or 4 years of relevant work experience required
- Strong understanding of Cyber/Information Security fundamentals
- Certifications:
- Security+ (Strongly recommended)
- PMP (Recommended)
Competencies:Â
- Enthusiastic and passionate drive for customer success and enablement
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
- Proficiency in client workflow discovery across all types of security team functions
- Superb communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of client personnel up to the CISO
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Experience:Â Â
- Cyber/Information Security or Threat Intelligence
- Product Implementation, Saas, and Customer SuccessÂ
- Extensive experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience in Cyber/Information Security or Threat Intelligence
- US-based, and ability to work from our Arlington, VA or Somerville, MA office
