About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager at Zoom, you will be leading the next stage of our Custom Backlog Management with requests coming from Clients and Prospects. You will collaborate with our Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and the outsourced labeling vendor. The Zoom Support and Customer Success teams own the 'What', the Engineers & Analysts own the "How", you will own the 'When,' and together with Tech Leadership define the 'Who'.
Responsibilities
  • Integrations: Working with teams from 2 different spectrums/cultures in terms of acquisition and bring everyone on the same product/engineering process/development.
  • Become a Zoom product expert and utilize your knowledge contributing to our client product backlog to make our clients' experience better
  • Review and prioritize custom requests for our software engineers and data analysts
  • Split your time 50/ 50 with internal project management and client facing projects for rollouts including new beta programs
  • Collaborate with Zoom's Support, Customer Success, and Technical Project Management teams to maintain alignment on operational discipline and standards
  • Track KPIs of the project(s) and lead regular sprint reviews and presentations

About You
  • 2+ years of experience as a project and/or program manager in SaaS industry and/or a background overseeing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • A stellar skillset of collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management
  • Ability to understand basic data analytics and reporting
  • Working knowledge of backlog management tooling, agile processes (kanban and associated workflows)
  • Comfortable collaborating and completing projects with ambiguous requirements in your program and being able to communicate directly with less technical clients
