Technical Project Manager, SaaS

As a member of our Agile Delivery Team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative technical products for our diverse customer roster. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of multiple Agile methodologies including Scrum, ScrumBan, Kanban, SAFe, and the Disciplined Agile framework.  

Additionally, as a Project Manager, you will help in the continuous improvement of our Program Management value stream via hands on experience in all aspects of Agile Project Management. Outstanding communication, organization, deep attention to detail, and people management skills are essential to this role.

The Gig:

• Organize and facilitate team activities within a variety of frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe 
• Perform Project Management duties including Project Integration, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Risk Management, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously which range in size from small and low complexity, to medium and moderate complexity 
• Assist with demand and capacity planning  
• Support the implementation and use of operational and tactical metrics, including roll up reporting  
• Coach continual team improvement, effective product ownership and backlog refinement 

What you need to make the cut:

• PMP certified (preferably 6th edition) 
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certifications 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (4 years of direct experience can be substituted for an undergraduate degree) or certified as a Business Analyst (IIBA or PMI-PBA) 
• A minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a Technical Project Manager or as a combination of Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager 
• Intermediate to expert level of experience using Jira and Confluence  
• Experience working within a PMO framework 

The pay range for this position is 100K to 125K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). 

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
