Technical Project Manager | Software Architect

Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile Technical Project Manager/Architect to join our team as a right hand to our CTO. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, and a knack for leadership and project management.

Ideal Candidate: Somebody highly technical who aims to shift their career into a leadership role. 

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Oversee the architecture and design of complex systems and applications.

• Engage in hands-on coding (~50%), management (~20%), and architectural design (~30%).

• Assist in team management to ensure efficient workflow.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to align technical strategies with business goals.

• Ensure the team adheres to best practices and maintains a high standard of code quality.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background with experience in multiple programming languages and full-stack development.

• Proven experience in technical project management and system architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle feedback constructively.

• Versed in data structures, algorithms, and various software development methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Project's Tech Stack:

• Front-End: JavaScript, CSS (Tailwind), Astro framework.

• Back-End: Node.js, Python, OpenAI.

• Databases: Relational and vector databases, Postgres, drizzle-ORM.

• DevOps & Cloud: Docker (for containerization), AWS (for cloud services).

• Automation & Testing: Playwright.

• AI & Machine Learning: Python, OpenAI.
