The Role

In this exciting role, you'll be a key player of our product team in driving our technical projects and developing product features forward. You'll work closely with developers to ensure new features are implemented smoothly and according to our high standards. A strong technical understanding and project management skills will be essential to the success of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and document technical & non-technical requirements for new features and product improvements.
• Collaborate within the product and growth team on defining the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and web applications
• Manage and deliver technical projects & product features on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with developers to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Write and maintain clear and concise documentation to support efficient workflows.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the quality of our technical processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in software development  (especially Apple Store connect & Google Play)  and project management.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have at least 4-5 years of experience in a technical field related to B2C or B2B products (backend, frontend, mobile development, and product management).
• Possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with developers, our product team and other team members.
• Have a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Are fluent in English (German is a plus!).

Bonus points for:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Have been working on mobile applications
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a product team for delivering digital consumer facing products (E-commerce, Games, or ideally Education / Health).
