Technical Project Manager (US) - New York

As Technical Project Manager at BreachLock you will be responsible for managing key customers through out the engagement project/ cycle.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help enterprise customers achieve their desired Security testing goals through effective project delivery.

Apart from managing key high value clients and their projects delivery you will also contribute to for building a strong Project Management practice.

Responsibilities

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients
• Ensure quality and timely service with high degree of responsiveness
• Work with other internal teams in ensuring engagement goals are met
• Educate clients on BreachLock capabilities and benefits
• Manage escalations
• Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients with high NPS score
• Build best practices and scalable repeatable processes for client success
• Train other team members
• Build transparent reporting
• Help be the gatekeeper of quality for all deliverables.
• Monitoring the delivery of active penetration tests from kickoff to report delivery and retest - ensuring customer and pentester needs are being met.
• Escalate or immediately remove obstacles that arise during testing - ensuring swift resolution and smooth restoration of testing activity and customer satisfaction.
• Support junior resources to resolve escalations and offer general process guidance
• Work with Cross Functional Teams to deliver pentesting as a service engagement

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• New York City location and ability to work without additional sponsorship/VISA in the US
• Experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in pentesting services company, preferably servicing enterprise clients
• Familiarity with various pentesting methodologies
• Consulting mindset / operates with a sense of urgency
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience managing technical projects
• Experience in customer success & stakeholder management
• Customer first mentality, we succeed when they succeed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Team player, effective communicator
• Proven history as a team process expert and advisor to junior resources
