Addison Group's client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team in Washington DC! This is contract role with the potential to extend for a longer time period. This position will be completely remote and a great way to expand on software skills.

Job Description and Qualifications:

• Support the recruiting team on filling technical roles (Ruby on Rails Engineers, Product Front End Engineers, SCRUM Masters, Engineering, Product, Designers, Business Analyst)
• Ensure that candidates are properly screened and prepped
• Source candidates via different hiring platforms
• Must have 2-4 years of technical recruiting experience
• BA/BS is preferred but not required
• Must be familiar with LinkedIn and Greenhouse (ATS)
• Must have a strong sense of urgency
• Must have impeccable communication skills
• Must be able to work creatively
• Must be familiar with full lifecycle recruiting
