A motivated and dynamic Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment for our technology teams while providing a world class candidate experience. This individual will take a strategic approach to sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and obtaining candidates to promote organizational growth. What you will do...
- Collaborate to enhance talent strategy and tactics to improve upon recruitment measures
- Partner closely with business leaders, advising on search strategy to identify the very best candidate for their role.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and connecting them to entry level opportunities at Axxess.
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process. Participate in recruitment events to engage and build relationships to assess candidate needs
- A problem solver to create solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities.
- Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring process and ensure all candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market.
What you bring...
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 + years experience in full-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing
- Experience in building and implementing a talent acquisition strategy.
- Experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients and advising leaders on talent and hiring
- Up to date knowledge of the latest tool and technologies with strong grasp of the current market
- Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
