Why this role
We are experiencing tremendous growth and are adding a generalist corporate recruiter with strong technical recruiting experience who loves variety, the travel industry and creating unforgettable hiring experiences for candidates. You’ll own the hiring process from sourcing to closing for individual contributors through management positions. As a trusted partner you’ll help hiring teams continuously improve recruiting processes. As our Talent Acquisition team continues to sharpen our skills, our processes and implement best practices, you'll have a voice in helping us build a world class TA function. This role has a meaningful impact on the growth and success of Evolve.
What you’ll do
- You will work on a variety of technical positions from analytics, product, data science, salesforce developers and beyond Â
- Partner with hiring managers around role definition, process efficiencies, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, decision making, offer negotiation and closingÂ
- Partner with our Total Rewards team to assure we are aligned for successful hiring
- Craft sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and networks to attract passive talentÂ
- Be a brand ambassador with our candidates and throughout the community
- Leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies
- Share best practices and process improvement ideas, supporting the team to improve each day while scaling our hiring operations
- As demand varies, work on corporate positions across a number of different departments outside of our technical roles as needed
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Success recruiting for a variety of technical IT roles and skills sets from IC through Senior Leadership
- Effective at advising, coaching and partnering with hiring managers and People team members
- Strong sourcing skills and pipeline building expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches beyond LinkedIn
- Experience recruiting in a Salesforce platform environment with connections to that community is a big plus
- Experience with DEI hiring best practices desired
- Approach every role with the candidate experience in mind
- A passion for helping to streamline and improve recruiting processes
- Strong experience managing a recruiting process within an ATS environment, documenting along the way. Prior Greenhouse experience is a big plus.
- Possess a high level of proficiency with the tools of the trade from Calendly to Zoom, G Suite to Docusign and a variety of sourcing tools.Â

LocationÂ
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania.Â
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $109,000 to $125,000, depending on relevant experience.
