Technical Recruiter

The selected candidate will be working from the office twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), our office is located at 600 embassy row, Sandy Springs.

The Technical Recruiter will:

• Assist the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
• Review available positions and candidate requirements.
• Post job applications on social media and job sites.
• Track open positions using recruiting software.
• Screen candidate résumés.
• Conduct initial phone screenings.
• Communicate with candidates and set up interviews.
• Manage the résumé database.

What you'll be bringing to Nagarro:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting (recruiting Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts).
• Knowledge on working visas, C2C, C2H, W2 and related is a must.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart recruiter, Indeed, JazzHR, among others).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
