Technical Recruiter

At Path Robotics, we seamlessly blend artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and sensor technology, breathing intelligence into industrial robots. We’re seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to enhance our dynamic People team. 

This role is crucial to our growth, and you'll be focused on bringing in top talent while also refining our recruitment infrastructure under the guidance of our VP, People. You'll join a committed, supportive, and enthusiastic team as we drive the future of manufacturing.

• Lead the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and outreach, to interviewing, candidate management, and final offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define roles, deciphering essential skills and competencies for success.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to discover candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and fostering a positive candidate experience.
• Regularly analyze recruiting data to identify areas for efficiency and improvement.
• Embody our corporate culture and values as an internal and external ambassador, understanding and communicating our business effectively.

Who You Are:

• You bring 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a dynamic tech company.
