In this Role You Will:

• Partner with your team and hiring teams to build sourcing and hiring strategies
• Deeply understand the businesses they support and advise on sourcing strategies
• Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding
• Full-cycle recruiting to include sourcing
• Embody PMGs mission, vision, purpose and values

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct sourcing recruiting experience, ideally with some full cycle recruitment experience
• Worked in a high volume, high production environment with a focus on metrics 
• 1+ years of working on technical roles such as SW Engineers, Front-end/Back-end Developers, Analytics Leads, Devops, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers and more
• Open to working in office 3 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting
• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday or other ATS
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting technical roles such as developers and software engineers
• Experience interpreting data and using it to influence hiring decisions
• Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
