Operating out of its research and development facility in the Greater Boston Area. Factorial holds a portfolio of solid-state innovations, including its segment-leading FEST® (Factorial Electrolyte System Technology). The company entered joint development agreements with Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis, and Hyundai Motor company and was recently featured in The Boston Globe and The New York Times.
The Opportunity:
Factorial Energy is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in our Woburn location. This person will be responsible for the overall recruitment strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Perform job analysis to document job requirements and objectives as necessary and partner with hiring manager and HRBP to create position description as necessary
- Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to outline recruitment process for each recruitment project.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, job fairs, referrals, networking or other means.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards /colleges/or social media sites
- Attend job fairs, networking and other recruitment events.
- Develop a proactive approach and methods to attracting diverse candidates.
- Screen candidate applications to assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods and interview strategies.
- Promote Factorial’s culture and reputation as an employer of choice from the 1st point of contact through candidate disposition.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all phases of recruitment.
- Achieve or exceed hiring KPIs including time to fill, cost per hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction as well as diversity outreach.
- Manage candidate activity in Greenhouse (ATS) and maintain organized recruitment trackers and draft greenhouse guide to different users.
- Contribute to or initiate ways to strengthen recruitment processes in collaboration with the team.
- Other work assigned by manager.
We are looking for people who:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing corporate environment and/or Professional Staffing/Agency experience.
- Minimum three years of recruitment experience required, including experience recruiting technicians and engineers.
- Experience in Greenhouse strongly preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, or other similar databases for sourcing.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong listening, organizational, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills preferred.
- Fluency in English required.
