Position Overview:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for our clients. This includes creating and implementing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting initial screening and interviews. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical roles, specifically in the Space industry, and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and hiring managers, specifically in the Space industry
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other departments to understand the requirements of open positions and ensure that they are filled in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide regular reports on recruiting activity and performance to the management team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in the software development and consulting industry, specifically in the Space industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates
• Experience in the Space industry is a big plus
