Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will perform full-cycle recruiting for Information Technology roles, specializing in Staff Augmentation.
Our ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and submitting quality candidates to Vendor Management Systems. If you thrive in a people-based culture, work effectively as a part of a team and have an eye for talent and achieving goals this position could be a great fit for you!Â
This position is based in Reston, VA, and will be a full-time position.
Responsibilities:Â
- Manage and drive the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicant.Â
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their objectives and specialized job requirements.
- Collaborate with TA and HR colleagues to problem solve, communicate accurate and timely information to candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, and innovative research tacticsÂ
- Maintain SmartRecruiters ATS events and actions in a timely and accurate manner.Â
- Represent pureIntegration professionally, with a service first approach.Â
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or relevant work experience.Â
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least one year of recruiting experience in a staffing agency.
- Experience in Information Technology (IT) roles and the IT job market.Â
- Experience working with Vendor Management Systems, conducting and/or coordinating Candidate Submissions, Interviews (Technical, Behavioral, Executive).Â
- Experience & knowledge working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience creating candidate pipelines via Job Boards, ATS, and Social Media.Â
- Experience in understanding how to generate "Active" and "Passive" candidates.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Â
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Â
- Considerable skill in interviewing techniques.Â
- Ability to effectively manage and accept quickly changing priorities.Â
