What You Will Do
Do you frequently hear candidates say “thank you for a great recruiting experience”. As a Recruiter on our team, you will source and attract top talent to fill both our technical and non-technical positions. Source for active and passive candidates through external methods, screen candidates to determine qualifications, and nurture them through our interview process. You’ll take the lead in extending job offers, negotiating compensation, and will play an integral part in getting candidates to join our team. Partner with hiring managers to provide expertise, consult on best practices and collaboratively create a recruiting strategy. Work across all departments in the organization including but not limited to data analytics, data engineering, managed services and program management.Â
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience for data engineering, managed services, analytics, data science or machine learning (and related technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, etc.)
- Global experience recruiting in countries outside the US (LATAM, India) preferred
- Experience with all stages of the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing and negotiating compensation
- Proven skills with sourcing for passive candidates and an understanding of what it takes to get them to respond with interest
- Strong ATS experience - ideally with Greenhouse - to include functional experience creating and managing outreach campaignsÂ
- Expert level experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; optimizing for success and leveraging best practices Â
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple open recs and a variety of hiring managers whileÂ
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the recruiting life cycle including sourcing and screening candidates, and assisting with job offers
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Prioritizing and providing best-in-class candidate experience
- Manage multiple and various positions across the organization, including engineering and non-technical positionsÂ
- Partner with hiring managers and take on a consultative approach to provide your expertise on recruiting best practices, recruiting strategy, and interview process
- Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews throughout the process
