Overall PurposeÂ
This position is a key partner with the hiring managers to facilitate acquiring exceptional technical talent for the company. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and demonstrates continuous commitment to employee engagement.Â

Essential Functions Â

Consistently identifies and successfully attracts high performing technology talent to the organizationÂ

Complies with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines; actively consults with leaders on how to navigate through these policies to drive for complianceÂ

Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and incorporates effective recruiting strategies to meet business needsÂ
-
Represents and advances company and department brand in all interactions with candidates and hiring managersÂ

Works with senior leaders in defining and maintaining pivotal hiring needsÂ

Understands the technical requirements of all assigned roles, the challenges, and how they contribute to the organizationÂ

Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, event, and pipelining effortsÂ

Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement strategiesÂ

Works with talent coordinator to ensure a remarkable candidate experienceÂ
-
Research and gather market intelligence and shares with other HR departments, specifically Compensation. Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunitiesÂ

Provide internal council and guidance to internal key business partners to ensure internal practices are upheld.Â

Tracks candidate activity and shares with internal stakeholdersÂ

Collaborates with other HR colleagues to ensure offers are aligned with compensation programs and internal equityÂ

Able to take candidates from beginning to end of the talent cycle. Primary contact through screen, interview process, negotiation and offer.Â

Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and dataÂ
Â
Minimum QualificationsÂ
-
BA/BS degree in engineering, business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience, preferredÂ
-
3+ years of technical sourcing and corporate recruiting experience, preferably with a mix of software, big data and fintech.Â

Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, deep source, and other emerging search techniques.Â

Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidatesÂ
-
Decisive and able to push back constructively when appropriateÂ

Proven effective negotiatorÂ
-
Good interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers.Â

Physical RequirementsÂ
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers. Travel may be required.Â

The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $80,000 - $90,000
This pay scale is subject to change and is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific candidate, which is always dependent on legitimate factors considered at the time of job offer. Early Warning Services takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining a competitive salary offer, including, but not limited to, the job scope, market rates and geographic location of a position, candidate’s education, experience, training, and specialized skills or certification(s) in relation to the job requirements and compared with internal equity (peers). The business actively supports and reviews wage equity to ensure that pay decisions are not based on gender, race, national origin, or any other protected classes.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus, and benefits.
