Role overview
Our team is mission-oriented quick-moving and fun-loving. We believe recruiting should be a company-wide effort candidate experience comes first and that a strong culture is based on relationships and not transactions. Each member of the Brigit team is invested in telling our company’s story building our brand and establishing new processes that challenge the traditional and often dated methods of recruiting.
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (contract) with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Data Analytics Data Science Data Engineering). Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition you’ll proactively source identify engage and help in hiring top-tier tech talent.
*This is a 6-month contract position; candidates based in New York City or San Francisco are strongly preferred.
What you’ll be doing
Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing application reviews recruiting coordination screening interviews and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS proactively sharing data-centric updates with Director of TA and hiring managers
Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation sourcing campaigns talent branding efforts and other creative channels to support hiring goals
Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
Work with hiring managers to provide guidance expertise collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
What you have
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics Data Science and Data Engineering.
In-house recruiting experience at small to mid-sized tech companies required; consumer subscription company experience strongly preferred.
Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems; advanced-level experience with Ashby strongly preferred.
Excellent communication writing negotiation interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously.
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility with an ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Compensation
The anticipated fee for this position is $52 - $60 per hour. The actual fee offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the contract position.
