Technical Recruiter (Full Cycle)

We are looking full a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to join our small team.  In this role you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate process.   

Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates
• Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience working at a high growth startup
• Proven track record of successfully placing top-tier technical talent
• Experience with Greenhouse
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proactive, flexible, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
