Technical Recruiter, Software Engineering

About the Role: 

Entera is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be dedicated to finding and hiring software engineering talent for our growing Tech team. You will become a partner to our tech leadership team, an ambassador for our brand, and the point person for all software engineering requisitions. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll work with hiring managers to understand their particular organizational needs, drive recruiting pipeline, implement best hiring practices, and provide transparent and consistent insights into your hiring efforts. 

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Entera’s software engineering positions.
• Get creative. Think of new ways to engage passive talent and pipeline for future needs.
• Build quick rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Conduct thorough, yet engaging, phone interviews that set the stage for a smooth offer negotiation and closing process.
• Be a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Work with your leader to design and implement streamlined interview and selection processes. Remove inefficiencies. 
• Ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience with Entera. Not just those we hire. 
• Coach hiring managers on best practices. Use data and past experience as tools of persuasion.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, 1+ years in technical recruiting
• Ability to work standard east coast hours (9-5 EST)
• Pride in being able to “speak the same language” as your technical candidates
• Passion for creative sourcing techniques with focus on quality 
• Confidence in your ability to engage with passive candidates 
• Supreme multitasking and organizational skills
• Master negotiation and closing abilities
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• The ability to use data to influence the hiring process
• Comfort with navigating ambiguity in a fast paced, ever-changing startup environment 
• Determination to meet goals and deadlines
• Experience with Greenhouse (a plus!) or another ATS
