Technical Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates Company and the internet's largest restaurant supplier, is looking for a Technical Recruiting Coordinator.

This candidate excels in recruiting within technical domains such as engineering, software development, IT, and operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Review resumes, schedule interviews with qualified candidates and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate and administer online technical evaluations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, define job descriptions, and provide guidance on candidate selection. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate and business experience by providing timely communication, answering candidate inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates using internal and external recruitment tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to managers and candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and management satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to analyze information with attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a dynamic environment and work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy individually and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, and Glassdoor a plus, but not required.
Remote work qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
- The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
- Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.
