Technical Recruiting Coordinator

Summary:

The Technical Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruiting team in all aspects of the technical recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding. This includes identifying and recruiting top talent for EV/Energy Storage Manufacturing roles, managing the candidate pipeline, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source qualified candidates for EV/Energy Storage Manufacturing roles
• Manage the candidate pipeline from sourcing to onboarding
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the hiring process by providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and by preparing and processing offer letters
• Work closely with the recruiting team to develop and implement recruiting strategies and best practices
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the EV/Energy Storage Manufacturing industry
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a technical recruiting role
• Strong understanding of the EV/Energy Storage Manufacturing industry
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
