About the role:
Fetch Reward’s next step in evolving the shopping experience will require a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will serve as a business partner to their Recruiter and Hiring Manager counterparts, providing excellent candidate experience throughout each process. This is a full-time, exempt position.Â

What you'll do:Â
Our Recruiting Coordinators are the main points of contact for all candidates interviewing to work at Fetch. This role will be responsible for scheduling interviews, making sure day-of interviews run smoothly and candidates see the full potential of working at Fetch. Included, but not limited to, in your responsibilities are the following:
- Work closely with recruiters to manage the candidate process, provide excellent interview experience.Â
- Advise Recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling, notifying Recruiters of any delays in the scheduling process.Â
- Manage scheduling interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams.
- Leverage our automated scheduling system to ensure speed and efficacy in scheduling.Â
- Provide white-glove service by guiding candidates through the interview process.
- Assist with candidate travel and expenses.
- Provide insights and information for onboarding questions, leveraging Recruiters when necessary.Â
- Serve as a Fetch Brand Ambassador, demonstrating knowledge about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, pay schedule, etc.)
- Ensure we are operationalizing our ATS (Greenhouse) in conjunction with the rest of the team.
- Responding to candidates in a professional, timely manner, being mindful of content and grammar in messaging.Â
Skills we believe you'll need for this position:
- Prior experience as a People Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or TA Coordinator role.Â
- Professional demeanor with a passion for candidate experience.Â
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Can work both independently and within a team.
- Self-starter -- Identify blockers before they become problems and build out processes that make our machine run faster. You'll want to grow here at Fetch Rewards.Â
- Multi-tasking guru - able to effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency.
- Discrete and able to handle confidential and highly sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google equivalents (including Gmail).
- Previous experience with the ATS Greenhouse and Modern Loop highly preferred
