As the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead a dynamic and high-performing team to identify, attract, and retain top technical talent worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategic global technical hiring plan, leveraging accurate data analysis and market trends to drive informed decision-making. You will establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across various business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our technical recruiting efforts on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology roles across different markets, a passion for identifying top talent globally, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters across various regions. This role will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership worldwide to drive our global talent acquisition strategy and ensure we attract and hire the best technical talent to support our company’s global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent across multiple regions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical recruiters distributed across different countries, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers globally to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, across various international markets.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and international industry events to build a strong global candidate pipeline.
- Evaluate and implement innovative recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve global reach.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and regional leaders, providing insights and recommendations on global hiring strategies and market trends.
- Facilitate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and other third-party vendors globally as needed.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze global recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on global recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress to senior management.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the global recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience and enhance the employer brand on a global scale.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing global recruitment strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and market dynamics across different regions and industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and interactions.
