We are building IoT platform for alarm systems being installed in the UK and other European countries.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Conducting technical analysis and research for new initiatives
• Supporting the development team by exchanging knowledge and good analysis practises
• Working daily directly with Customer Representatives remotely as part of virtually distributed team in order to gather requirements scope, decisions and roadmap directions

Expectations – the experience you need

• Sound knowledge of business analysis methods and best practices in this area, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects
• Ability to write and speak English at a B2+ level, preferable C1 level
• At least 5 years’ commercial experience in business requirement's analysis for the same or similar position 
• Strong analytical skills, i.e. ability of deep abstractive thinking, combining facts during discussions with customer business representatives with active listening attitude
• Inquisitive, patient and looking critically at customer ideas
• Practical experience with distributed systems and message queues
