The Role

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Technical Integrations Lead who is committed to their work, and should be comfortable working in a fast paced, highly flexible environment. The role will be responsible for the ongoing development of a global telecoms roaming footprint. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to demonstrate their technical and organisational ability, working in a small team of engineers at the cutting edge of IoT technologies. In this role you will be:

• Leading a small team of highly experienced telecoms integration engineers.

• Accountable for the planning, delivery, and implementation of Cubic’s global connectivity footprint.
• Working MNO, IPX and Roaming Hubbing partners to scale roaming capabilities.
• Setting OKRs and conducting performance management with the team.
• Ensuring the continuous flow of work through the team to deliver on company targets.
• Validating 3rd party solutions and vendors are performant and cost efficient.
• Driving the success of geo redundant connectivity solutions.

• Experience working with global Mobile Network Operators at a technical level.
• Building internal relationships and maintaining cross functional collaboration.
• Ability to coach, mentor and lead an experienced team.
• Experience with the following concepts: IR21, IR85, VoLTE, 5GNR, 5GSA
• Familiarity with the following technologies: HSS, PGW, STP, DRA, PCRF, GMSC, SMSC
• Familiar with Kanban methodologies for workload management
• Proven track record in working with small teams.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous experience working to aggressive timelines essential.
