The Role 

Unlearn’s business development team helps pharma and biotech customers adopt AI-generated digital twins of trial participants so they can run quick and confident clinical trials. This role will play a key part in this adoption process by clearly and convincingly presenting the technical aspects of Unlearn’s products and technologies. 

You’ll collaborate with Business Developers to sell the value of AI-generated digital twins of trial participants and explain how our products will help customers accelerate de-risk early stage decisions in clinical development and accelerate their time to market in late stage clinical development. Internally you’ll work with product managers, machine learning scientists, data scientists, and software engineers to hone your technical storytelling skills. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in machine learning or data science and have a passion for explaining technical concepts to informed and lay audiences. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Mastery of Unlearn's Products:

    • Gain a deep technical understanding of Unlearn’s products and technologies.

    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and clinical trial methodologies.

    • Educate and guide the sales team on technical aspects, ensuring they are well-prepared to address customer questions.

  • Lead Demos and Technical Presentations:

    • Conduct engaging and informative demos of Unlearn’s products to prospective customers.

    • Develop customized presentations that highlight the value and uniqueness of our products and technologies in addressing specific customer needs.

    • Respond to technical questions and overcome objections with evidence-based responses.

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales Teams:

    • Work closely with the Product team to understand the new product pipeline and new features on existing products.

    • Aid in the development of tools and resources that quantify customer pain points and demonstrate how Unlearn’s solutions provide value.

    • Support the Sales team in crafting compelling value propositions and closing deals by providing technical expertise and insights.

We're seeking someone with experience including:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science etc.).

  • 5+ years experience in a technical sales role, preferably in a company that sells to the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in healthcare, preferable in clinical development

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Experience with AI-generated digital twins or similar technologies in healthcare.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop tools or resources that aid in sales processes.

Compensation Range: $160K - $265K
