Critical Alert, a subsidiary of TigerConnect, has an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Sales Support.
As the Technical Sales Support, you will be the primary technical resource for our sales team. This role will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as a key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Technical Sales Support must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
What You'll Own:
  • Demonstrating the product to customers via webinar, on-site, or at events such as conferences and trade shows
  • Participate in client-facing discussions with a wide range of audiences including C-Suite hospital executives
  • Participate in all design reviews, both pre and post PO to ensure the solution design is accurate and sound design rules and principles are employed
  • Produce accurate and up-to-date Critical Alert product/solution estimates and quotes based on input from Critical Alert Product Management
  • Provides technical sales assistance to the sales team; lead technical system design discussion with customer, installation contractors or others as required. This includes but is not limited to walk through of job sites, proposal creation, and creation of statement of work, RFP responses and other associated duties

What You Bring:
  • B.S. in STEM-related field preferred or equivalent, plus 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing, technical role
  • Operational knowledge of hospital process applications, infrastructure tools, communication methodologies and trends, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of nurse communication tools and solutions, telecom and/or application experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, presentation and client relations skills
  • Strong initiative, innovation, organization, and attention to detail are essential
  • Familiarity with healthcare facility design, and construction processes
  • Detailed technical understanding of information and computer technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States (10-20%)

How We Pay:
  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
  • We are targeting a base hourly rate from $24.66 - $30.81/hr
  • You will also be eligible to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
