Technical Sales Support Engineer

Skyline Products is seeking a bright, motivated Sales Support Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service. With your technical expertise and excellent communication skills, you will significantly impact our company's success.

• Compose and alter technical specification documents relating to the design and fabrication of DMS (Dynamic Message Signs) and their corresponding systems.
• Examine and interpret technical specification and testing documents that incorporate ISO 9001, AWS, NEMA, AASHTO, and ETL standards and specifications.
• Assist Sales with the Quoting and request for proposal (RFP) processes.
• Draft and distribute technical submittals for DMS products and associated materials.
• Work directly with Sales, Product Management and Engineering
• Work directly with Customers

Job Requirements:

• 4-Year Technical Degree or 2-Year Technical Degree w/ 5 years experience
• BS in Engineering a plus
• Technical Sales Experience a plus
• Computer Programs: Extremely Proficient with Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and experience preferred with M2M, AutoCAD and/or Draft Sight
• Technical/Manufacturing experience highly recommended
• Demonstrates Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude
• Needs good verbal and written skills
• A well-rounded individual who is a self-starter and has good self-management abilities
• A Team player and have the ability to multi-task/work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must work well under pressure and manage projects to deadlines
