Technical Sales Support Manager
Job Description
- Achieving order booking and sales targets for Building Services
- Manage team and team related topics like Workload Distribution, Performance appraisal Process and Training and Development Plan for the team.
- Recommend and organize training to OEM’s and KSB sales force.
- Conduct promotional activities, product presentations, technical trainings and seminars and increase KSB’s brand visibility in the market for specific products and sub segments
- Coordinate with internal departments like Purchase, Engineering & QA for meeting customer needs.
- Channel Partner development, Policy and support to grow standard business
- Market Analysis, Customer Analysis and competitor analysis to keep KSB ahead of the market
