Technical Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Technical Salesforce Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving the ongoing success of our Salesforce deployments service, thereby contributing to the ongoing digital transformation journey of our clients. This role involves providing technical expertise, solution development, strategic insight, and implementation guidance for mission-critical enterprise Salesforce applications across a diverse range of industries and project-type.

What you'll do:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to propose, develop and deliver architectural solutions and technical oversight for a variety of Salesforce-based projects.
- Provide expertise on latest standards and guidelines and design solutions based on industry-accepted best practices.
- Develop custom applications and technical solutions, including efficient integrations with other platforms.
- Assess the impact of new products and functionalities released by Salesforce and related upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Present and articulate the business value of newly-created Salesforce applications to stakeholders at all levels.
What we'd like:
- 7+ years of work experience in software development, working within interactive SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile or Scrum).
- 5+ years of technical Salesforce development experience – e.g., Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI Solutions, integration frameworks, etc.
- Salesforce development experience in Data and/or Commerce Cloud
- University-level educational credentials (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with company CIOs, IT stakeholders, and business leaders.
