Technical SEO Manager

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient SEO Manager to play a crucial hands-on role in expanding our organic reach through innovative growth strategies. You will be responsible for owning a roadmap in collaboration with our engineering team while identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI and programmatic implementation. Additionally, you will play a role in identifying and prioritizing technical site enhancements.

• Develop and own a SEO roadmap in partnership with the engineering team, addressing bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of system deliverables.
• Take ownership of our current programmatic SEO initiatives and plan expansion methods
• Conduct regular site health audits, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize recommendations accordingly.
• Lead the technical oversight of localization efforts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution.
• Explore opportunities to leverage generative AI for accelerated growth to gain a competitive edge.

• Contemporary knowledge of B2B SaaS models and their connection to effective SEO growth strategies.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in spreadsheets and programmatic datasets. Comfortable with RegEx, scripts and advanced formulas/functions
• Familiarity with the success stories, methods, and best practices of SEO programmatic strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine crawling, rendering, indexing, and ranking processes, as well as page experience fundamentals.
• Editorial eye and understanding of big picture tradeoffs between AI-generated, programmatic and bespoke content. 
• Comfortable working with large lists of keywords and understanding of the SERPs at a macro level.
• Experience using project management software and large language models (LLMs).
• Comfort working with large enterprise data sets and presenting findings to senior leadership in a concise, actionable manner.
• Self-driven with a passion for research, testing, and analysis
• Experience with Wordpress

• Demonstrated experience with successfully implementing a programmatic seo strategy
• Experience working with a Headless CMS
• History of ideating or managing conversion optimization efforts.
• Experience with the technical implications of localization.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $104,000 (base pay)
