The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for the trouble-shooting, repairing, maintaining, upgrading, installation and setup of Stryker Products both in-house and in the field accross Russia.

What you will do :

  • To diagnose and fault find company products on site and in the field
  • To undertake the servicing and repair of company products to the required standards
  • To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports
  • To perform upgrades on company products as required
  • To provide reporting on all aspects of work within the office, on field accounts and in-field issues
  • To place orders for necessary fixtures, spare parts and local instrumentation needed for repairs
  • To support Stryker employees/service partners/dealers with information about all steps of the servicing or status of repair of the respective products via e-mail or phone as required
  • To perform installation and setup for Stryker products on site or in the field as required, including assembling, dissembling and turnover of demo equipment
  • To provide technical information support for Finance, Logistics & Operations, RAQA, Legal, Sales & Marketing team members in responding to customer queries to ensure flawless workload of Technical Service including importation of fixtures & spare parts, service agreements with dealers and service contracts with clinics
  • To be the partner with Business development team to ensure the best client service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
  • To ensure all relevant repair/service information is filed in line with Stryker standards
  • To ensure all necessary steps for securing Russian local Service license including but not limited Calibration process of standard tools is prepared on time annually
  • To provide feedback and suggestions as well as actively contribute to the implementation of improvements in the quality and/or process of the Technical Services related activities
  • To organize and maintain stock of spare parts and equipment loaner park
  • To stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to the role

What you need

  • Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical field
  • A first significant experience in maintenance & trouble-shooting of high technicality equipment
  • English spoken and written
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Competent in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle customers professionally
  • Computer skills / literacy
