How You'll Help Us Connect the World

As a Technical Services Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving internal and external web pages and portals and implementing automated workflows and dashboards as part of Intelligent Cellular Networks.

You will work closely with technical writing, product management, engineering, and support teams to maintain availability of up-to-date documentation, improve user experience, and facilitate project tracking. This role will be based in Richardson, TX (other locations in the US with a CommScope facility may be considered).

You Will Make an Impact By

• Improving the user experience for external customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring that all content posted is up to date
• Implementing automated workflows for tracking of projects by various teams

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master's degree in the following Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study from an accredited university
• Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
• Military-Affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)

• Have experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines
• Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills
• Strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
