This role: A Day and week in the life…

• Player/coach working directly with clients, plus providing coaching and feedback to peers to ensure a high level of team performance.
• Manage and monitor team status, workload distribution, project timelines, training and onboarding.
• Deliver client projects which may include creating and debugging web pages created within client environments, working with vendors in using API to build and maintain integrations, consulting with clients and internal teams regarding best practices for data management and optimization.
• Create and refine processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve better results.
• Keep internal systems (such as Salesforce) up to date.

This role: You will be successful in this role if you have…

• Worked for 3+ years in a technical role with a proven track record of success working collaboratively with clients and teams and owning individual projects.
• Have proven experience leading, mentoring and optimizing team performance to achieve spectacular results.
• Can prioritize competing demands, delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Have a strong understanding of technology, with proficiency in one or more of the following: SQL, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and an understanding of relational databases and tools.
• Earned a BS in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.

Compensation
$85,000 - $105,000 USD Annually
This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
