WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Technical Services production support team who is customer-focused and hard-working. Do you have the ability to handle and lead a frontline team through challenging situations in a matrix organization? Are you someone who will partner with our product teams to understand and get results at all stages of the project lifecycle? Can you handle all that while simultaneously managing vendor relationships efficiently? If so, Nike is looking for you!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a frontline Operations Analyst in Nike Technical Services production support, you will work as a part of our Nike Technology Services Organization, supporting world-class solutions for Nike. As our Operations Analyst, you will need to have strong analytical and technical skills. You will work with the business and IT partners to ensure that production support activities are planned in a way that complements and supports total alignment with the strategic plan. You will ensure vendors are completing operational performance targets, standards, and procedures. Also, provide oversight to ensure prioritization and restoration of services within the L1 L2 production support functional area.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will work with the Director of Nike's Production Support Team in Nike Technical Services, with responsibility for the delivery of L1/L2 Technology Support. You will collaborate with the leaders in our global business organizations. You will also have the opportunity to partner with Senior Leaders and Managers in Nike's Domain and Global Product Teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related fields of study; or combination of relevant equivalent experience, education, and training
- 2-4+ years of IT Service Delivery Management experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong working technical knowledge & hands-on proficiency in S4 HANA, SAP AFS, and/or ERP systems that support integrations and related processes
- Strong competence to understand business needs in a very dynamic environment
- 2+ years experience in a management, supervisory, or lead-level role preferred
- Exposure to cloud computing services preferred
