To provide guidance and advice related to the integration of solutions across technologies; ensuing all outputs are in compliance with current governance and legislation and provide IT leadership based on IT and business acumen.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

• 10–15 years in:
• Microservices and cloud computing (Azure).
• Java development.
• Leading technical teams.

Technical Stack:

• Must-Have: Java 17, Azure AD, Azure portal.
• Familiarity with modern microservices architecture.

Team Dynamics

• Part of a high-performing, 10–15-member project delivery team, collaborating within a larger team of 40+.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• Strong technical expertise.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High emotional maturity for managing diverse team dynamics and challenges.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Deployment: Creating, supporting, and configuring technologies to align with the NAR Harmonization Program.
2. Team Leadership: Mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance.
3. Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering Leads, Solutions Architects, and business stakeholders to align technical efforts with strategic goals.
4. Blocker Resolution: Identifying and removing obstacles to facilitate progress.
5. Project Contribution: Delivering microservices-based solutions as part of a high-performing project delivery team.

Qualifications

Education: IT degree or equivalent.

Certifications: Azure cloud, Java.
